Closes #100

Handle explicit null and omitted Hindsight recall collections as empty vectors and maps. Add unit regressions for nullable and missing fields and an HTTP context-search regression for nullable upstream memories.

Verification: cargo test hindsight; cargo test --test context_tests; cargo test --test hindsight_client_tests.
