What to build

Update the Hindsight memory recall deserialization schema in src/hindsight/recall.rs to tolerate null values for collection and optional fields returned by upstream Hindsight instances. When memories contain source_fact_ids: null or tags: null, the deserializer must treat them as empty lists rather than failing schema validation. Add unit and integration regression tests with real-world Hindsight recall fixtures containing nullable fields.

Acceptance criteria

Recall responses containing source_fact_ids: null deserialize cleanly into empty vectors
Recall responses containing tags: null or context: null deserialize cleanly without schema errors
life context search parses returned memories and does not emit schema errors against live Hindsight instances
Unit tests in src/hindsight/recall.rs cover real-world Hindsight payloads with null collections
Existing Hindsight integration test suite passes with zero regressions
