Closes #114.

What changed

  • .gitignore: ignore .omp/ runtime cache and agent directory
  • apps/management/package.json: add typecheck script using tsc --noEmit
  • turbo.json: register typecheck task
  • package.json: include typecheck in verify and verify:management
  • biome.json: add tailwindDirectives and exclude .omp, .agents, scripts, and drizzle/meta
  • .forgejo/scripts/biome-gate.sh: update baseline for vanished rules

Verified

pnpm verify:management completed in under 2s with test, lint, and typecheck passing.

Deviations

Included biome.json parser directives and auto-format fixes to resolve existing lint errors and unblock the verify pipeline.

The patch meets #114: .omp/ is ignored, management has tsc --noEmit, and both verify scripts include test, lint, and typecheck through Turbo. The author reports pnpm verify:management completes in under 2 seconds; I did not independently time it. Forgejo checks were pending when reviewed.
