Closes #176

  • Uses balanced 4-6 char labels on mobile bottom nav (Dasbor, Stok, Beli, Jual, Atur)
  • Keeps full labels on desktop sidebar (Dasbor, Stok, Pembelian, Penjualan, Pengaturan)
  • Preserves accessible aria-label/title for settings
