Problem

Although the mobile bottom navigation items have equal 20% column widths in the DOM, the text label lengths range from 4 characters ("Stok") to 10 characters ("Pengaturan"). This creates an optical illusion where the whitespace between labels on the left (48.5px) is almost double the whitespace on the right (25.5px), making the navbar appear visually uneven and lopsided.

Acceptance Criteria

  • In apps/management/components/dashboard-nav.tsx, support concise mobile labels for bottom navigation items:
    • "Dasbor" -> "Dasbor"
    • "Stok" -> "Stok"
    • "Pembelian" -> "Beli"
    • "Penjualan" -> "Jual"
    • "Pengaturan" -> "Atur"
  • Desktop sidebar navigation labels remain full and unchanged ("Dasbor", "Stok", "Pembelian", "Penjualan", "Pengaturan").
  • Mobile bottom navigation items maintain accessible tooltips/aria-labels ("Pengaturan" for settings button).
  • Unit tests, typechecks (pnpm --filter garage typecheck), and .forgejo/scripts/biome-gate.sh pass with no new findings.
