game.project says 3.1.0 and the tag is pushed, but the docs still named archive/v3.0.0.zip.

Same trap as last release, caught before it shipped this time — 3.0.0 spent a day telling readers to fetch a tag that did not exist yet. Both new URLs verified live: archive/v3.1.0.zip → 200, and the patch at raw/tag/v3.1.0/ → 200.

The one remaining v3.0.0 in Roadmap.md is the historical note recording that mistake, so it stays.
