The example project landed in #102 with a verified headless command written down in its README, and nothing running it. An example nobody runs rots exactly the way an untested quickstart does, and it is the first code a new consumer copies.

The v2 leg now builds dev/example-chat headless and greps for EXAMPLE: PASS, which the example prints only once the row it sent comes back through on_insert — a real round trip through the live server the earlier step already started, not a call being issued. The v1 leg skips it: the example targets the default wire like any new project would, and the harness covers v1 already.

Reproduced locally, the step verbatim:

DEBUG:SCRIPT: EXAMPLE: starting
DEBUG:SCRIPT: EXAMPLE: connected
DEBUG:SCRIPT: EXAMPLE: subscribed; 0 message(s) cached
DEBUG:SCRIPT: EXAMPLE: headless: headless proof run
DEBUG:SCRIPT: EXAMPLE: PASS

Also removes the HTML5 self-report to #81 and the issues: write grant it needed. That step's own comment asked for this when #81 closed, which it now has: both causes of that flake are fixed (the teardown race, and bob resolve re-downloading a cached archive), so a red X on the HTML5 tier is a real failure rather than a footnote to a known problem.

Closes the last open DX item on #77 that did not need an upstream maintainer.

The example is documentation that executes, and nothing ran it, so it would
rot the way an untested quickstart does - which is the defect it exists to
remove. The v2 leg now builds it headless and greps for its PASS, which the
example prints only once the row it sent comes back through on_insert. The v1
leg skips it: the example targets the default wire like any new project, and
the harness already covers v1.

The HTML5 self-report to #81 goes with #81 being closed, along with the
issues: write grant it needed - the step's own comment asked for exactly that
when the issue closed. Both of that flake's causes are fixed, so a red X on
that tier is now a real failure rather than a footnote to a known problem.
