Adds the calendar/task tooling and the life CLI.

  • Add calcurse with calcurse-sync, syncing personal events and tasks through the existing CalDAV configs.
  • Package the pre-built static life v0.2.4 release from Forgejo and install it system-wide.
  • Document the life release update procedure.

Verified: the life derivation builds and the complete suda configuration evaluates.
