Updates omp 18.1.19 → 18.2.4 and pins the llm-agents input to 9ef86bf7.

Why a pin, not a plain bump: newer revs (≥ 9850beae, t3code 0.0.40→0.0.42) require electron_44, which our nixpkgs pin (64380905) predates (electron 40/41/42/43 only). The flake's packages output eagerly forces every package's meta via availableOn, so eval aborts on any access — including .omp. omp 18.2.10 will unlock with the next nixpkgs bump.

Verified: full suda toplevel evaluates (/nix/store/v9cdnyi5ki4zzs1vbmiac4ysd4hmxrw2-nixos-system-suda-26.11.20260802.6438090.drv). Runtime omp --version smoke test was cut short per request; version reads 18.2.4 from the pinned flake.

Later llm-agents revs make t3code require electron_44, which our nixpkgs pin predates. The packages output eagerly forces every package's meta (availableOn filter), so eval aborts on any access - including .omp. Unpin once nixpkgs carries electron_44.
