Enables zsh declaratively on darwin hosts: completion, spf alias, machine-local ~/.zshrc.local sourcing (keeps personal exports and secrets out of the repo), starship/direnv zsh integration, initExtra to initContent migration. Fixes prompt, aliases, and direnv not applying in zsh.

feat(shell): declarative zsh on darwin with starship and direnv ... 37497b65e5

mkIf isDarwin zsh block: enable and completion, spf alias for
superfile, initContent sources ~/.zshrc.local for machine-local
exports and secrets kept out of the repo. starship and direnv get
enableZshIntegration; initExtra migrated to initContent (HM
deprecated the old key). Linux hosts keep bash.
