Splits the Home Manager package set into a host-agnostic core (terminal and nix tooling) and a desktop set (GUI apps). suda keeps both via attrValues; no behavior change there. Prerequisite for the melica host, which imports only packagesCore.

packagesCore: terminal and nix tooling shared by every host
(btop, fzf, ncdu, tmux, ripgrep, rsync, zip/unzip, nixd, statix,
deadnix, alejandra). packagesDesktop: GUI and desktop-only tools
(chromium, kdenlive, gimp3, rbw, mpv, wl-clipboard, devenv).
suda keeps both via attrValues; darwin hosts can pick core only.
