• btop: 100ms refresh, sort by memory, tree view; noctalia color theme
• niri: stop managing noctalia.kdl (noctalia owns/regenerates it); hardcode
  kanagawa-dragon focus-ring colors in config.kdl
• nixvim: apply base16 colorscheme from noctalia's neovim template via
  base16-nvim plugin; SIGUSR1 live-reloads on palette change
• superfile: add noctalia theme using ANSI palette indices
• omp: activation script symlinks noctalia theme into omp themes dir

fix(niri): revert hardcoded focus-ring colors to niri defaults ... f0dd0ee911

noctalia.kdl (included at EOF) already overrides these with live palette
colors — the hardcoded values were dead code and misleading.
