  Release 0.2.1 of life-service: OpenRouter Score wire format compatibility.

  Highlights:

  • Jev Score Indexed Map Deserialization: Added dual-representation deserializer for ScoreAnswer legend and probabilities fields, allowing them to decode from either sequence arrays (native TypeSafe wire format) or string-indexed maps (OpenRouter wire format) with strict zero-based contiguous index validation, preserving all probability distribution and weighted score invariants (closes #105).
