Reviewed the complete diff. The doctor readiness probe sends the configured bearer token to /health/ready, reports remote readiness status, and avoids port collisions via ephemeral port binding in tests. Added test_cli_dispatch_doctor_with_authenticated_remote_readiness verifying that doctor --config ... --json probes and reports remote readiness. All 14 config tests, 9 cli tests, cargo fmt, clippy, and full suite pass cleanly.
