Closes #105

Accepts TypeSafe arrays and OpenRouter string-indexed maps for Score legend and probabilities, ordering map values by contiguous numeric indices. Includes unit coverage for valid and invalid indices and an HTTP client integration test.

Verification: cargo test jev (21 passed), cargo test --test jev_client_tests (30 passed), cargo test --test jev_fixtures (34 passed), cargo test -- --skip test_cli_doctor_with_valid_config_and_exit_code_0 (843 passed). Full cargo test fails the existing doctor test because its Radicale dependency is unavailable at 127.0.0.1:5232.
