Summary

Implements Phase 5 of Supplier Management (resolves #199):

  • Atomic updateSupplierPrices server action in apps/management/lib/suppliers/actions.ts
  • Enforces requireAdmin() boundary
  • Updates inventory buy/sell prices and supplier check timestamp atomically in a transaction
  • Records audit log in actionLogs
  • Responsive centered floating sticky save bar on desktop and mobile
  • Toast feedback and state synchronization upon save
  • Comprehensive action and component tests (641 tests total)

Verification

  • 36 test files passed (641 tests)
  • pnpm verify:management clean with 0 errors
