Resolves #85

Summary

  • Gates .forgejo/workflows/build-publish.yml on .forgejo/workflows/checks.yml using needs: checks.
  • Gates .forgejo/workflows/deploy-store.yml on .forgejo/workflows/checks.yml using needs: checks.
  • Updates comment in .forgejo/workflows/checks.yml to reflect that deploy workflows now gate on checks.
  • Validated YAML syntax for all modified workflow files.
