Problem

  1. The (Bulan ini) subtitle under "LABA BERSIH OPERASIONAL" wraps to a second line on mobile screens due to block sm:inline. It should stay inline on mobile.
  2. The operational net profit graph includes an unnecessary "Rata-rata: ... /bln" metric in the subtitle.
  3. The settings gear icon in the mobile navigation bar is hardcoded orange (text-orange-500), making it highlighted even when inactive. Additionally, its size (20px) does not match the other mobile navigation icons (24px).

Acceptance Criteria

  • In apps/management/app/(dashboard)/page.tsx, (Bulan ini) subtitle remains inline with LABA BERSIH OPERASIONAL on mobile.
  • In apps/management/app/(dashboard)/page.tsx, remove the Rata-rata: ... /bln metric and bullet separator from the 6-month profit graphic header.
  • In apps/management/components/dashboard-nav.tsx, settings uses Settings01Icon from @hugeicons/core-free-icons, size 24px on mobile (matching siblings), and only highlights when the current route is active under /settings.
  • Verification passes: pnpm --filter garage test, pnpm --filter garage typecheck, and .forgejo/scripts/biome-gate.sh.
