Goal

Exclude service items (type === "Service") from the physical stock unit calculation on the dashboard, preventing inflated unit counts.

Acceptance Criteria

In apps/management/app/(dashboard)/page.tsx, physicalUnits calculation filters out items where type === "Service".
The dashboard unit metric accurately reflects only physical goods (Part, Consumable, Accessory).
Verification passes: pnpm --filter garage typecheck, pnpm --filter garage lint, and pnpm --filter garage test lib app.
