What to build

Build the UI alert badge component in src/components/drawer/recurrence-alert-badge.tsx to mount inside ClusterDetailDrawer, displaying an urgent warning when an active fire ignites on land that burned in 2015, 2019, or 2023.

Technical specifications

  1. Target files:
    • src/components/drawer/recurrence-alert-badge.tsx: Alert badge UI component.
    • src/components/drawer/cluster-detail-drawer.tsx: Mount badge.
  2. Visual appearance:
    • Pulsing crimson chip: 🔥 Titik Langganan Karhutla (Terbakar 2019, 2023).

Acceptance criteria

  • Renders alert badge only when active cluster intersects historical burn scars.
  • Displays exact historical fire years.
