What to build

Add the MapLibre vector layer in src/components/map/layers/burn-scars-layer.tsx to render historical burn perimeters with distinct charred polygon styling.

Technical specifications

  1. Target files:
    • src/components/map/layers/burn-scars-layer.tsx: MapLibre fill/line layer component.
  2. Styling tokens:
    • Fill color: #3f1d24 (deep charred burgundy) with opacity 0.5.
    • Outline: #7f1d1d (red-900).

Acceptance criteria

  • Burn scars render toggleably across major peat basins.
  • Layer responds to year filter controls without lag.
