What to build

Add a dedicated layer visibility switch for Concession Boundaries in src/components/controls/layer-toggles.tsx with legend swatches for Sawit (HGU), HTI, and Konservasi.

Technical specifications

  1. Target files:
    • src/components/controls/layer-toggles.tsx: Add concessions toggle item.
    • src/store/map-store.ts: Add showConcessions: boolean state.

Acceptance criteria

  • Toggle switch enables/disables concession layer without affecting other active layers.
  • Legend swatch displays color coding for quick field reference.

Closing as completed. Concession boundary visibility toggles, state hooks, and legend swatches (Sawit HGU, HTI, Konservasi) were implemented in src/components/controls/layer-toggles.tsx and merged into main via PR #116.
