Updates omp to 18.2.10 by upgrading the root nixpkgs pin to a revision that provides electron_44 (44.3.0).

llm-agents follows the system nixpkgs again, so the system and omp share one package set instead of carrying a second nixpkgs input.

The previous compatibility pin was required because the old nixpkgs revision lacked electron_44; this removes that workaround.

Verified:

omp version: 18.2.10
electron_44: 44.3.0
Full suda system evaluation succeeds: nixos-system-suda-26.11.20260922.6774f7b

Upgrade nixpkgs to a revision that provides electron_44, allowing llm-agents to follow the system nixpkgs again. This updates omp to 18.2.10 without carrying a second nixpkgs input.
