Adds the 2020 M1 MacBook Pro as an aarch64-darwin host: nix-darwin input following nixpkgs, explicit HM module list, homeDirectory fix for HM-on-darwin, automatic gc/optimise. Also drops the now-redundant isLinux gate on the theme module and documents the host in README and docs/hosts/melica.md. Stacked on #packages-split, merge that first.

nix-darwin input follows nixpkgs. aarch64-darwin host for the
MacBook Pro: hostname melica, system.stateVersion 7, nix gc and
optimise automatic. Home Manager uses an explicit module list
(nixvim shell fastfetch superfile btop packagesCore) instead of
attrValues, with homeDirectory set explicitly because HM resolves
it null on darwin.
Per-host explicit HM module lists are now the platform
compatibility boundary; suda imports theme via attrValues and is
always Linux, and darwin hosts simply omit the module.
Hosts table gains melica with its darwin-rebuild command and
bootstrap path, plus rollback notes; adds docs/hosts/melica.md.
