Update .forgejo/workflows/release.yaml to extract the compiled static Linux musl binary from the release container and attach it to the Forgejo Release.

Scope:

  • Extract the compiled static binary from the built container image
  • Package into tarball archive with sha256 checksum
  • Upload binary archive and checksum assets to the Forgejo Release via API
  • Avoid extra compilation overhead or bandwidth consumption
