Reviewed the complete diff. Added isolated live CLI smoke runner in scripts/live-smoke.sh using real endpoints with dedicated test collection and memory bank, verified against Radicale, Hindsight, and Jev. Flake devShell updated with openbao, jq, curl, coreutils, and openssl. Automated live smoke workflow added in .forgejo/workflows/live-smoke.yaml running on pushes to main with scoped OPENBAO_SMOKE_TOKEN, and release.yaml updated with pre-publish smoke gate. README.md updated with invocation and KV credential documentation. Tested locally and passes in 11 seconds with verified CalDAV cleanup.
